with great pleasure we invite you to our first French-German Tax Forum with a "Corporate Clients Update on the current international tax landscape" scheduled to take place in Frankfurt on 19 October and in Düsseldorf on 20 October 2022.
Attracting human resources is one of the current challenges for businesses and the new agile working environment that evolved during the Covid pandemic makes the search for talents more critical than ever. We seize the occasion and will analyse two key topics of interest from a German and French perspective that require great attention from decision-makers:
- the taxation of Management Packages and
- the chances and risks stemming from agile working
Furthermore, the audit climate is getting rougher against the background of growing inflation and increasing refinancing pressure and auditors more and more take a closer look at transfer pricing matters with a special focus on intragroup financing. We therefore would like to shed some light on the current legal situation and share our audit experience with you.
